Katie Horeis has been a Loan Officer for 8 years and has solid expertise. Prior to loan originating, she spent 1 year at Burnet Title gaining knowledge of the title/abstract/closing part of our industry. Katie originates loans and assists Home Buyers, Investors and Realtors with mortgage-related questions, pre-approvals, loan documents, closing arrangements and file auditing. Cathy comes to PHH from Target Corporation where she was a Project Lead in Property Development. Cathy is a charter member and founding Board Member of (WeMN) Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota.
